Das beste Produkt im NFON Portfolio

Das absolute Lieblingsprodukt i.v.m. Microsoft Teams Phone mit oder STARFACE. Aktuell auch das beste Produkt aus dem NFON Portfolio.

Pros

Der Trunk sucht am Markt seines gleichen. Die hybride Nutzung beispielsweise an einer PBX und gleichzeitig an MS Teams ist das absolute Highlight. Aus Kundensicht passt auch noch zusätzlich der niedrige Preis - aus Partnersicht dürfte der Trunk etwas teurer sein.

Cons

Das Auftragsformular ist etwas undurchsichtig, da zu viele Optionen. Einfacher wäre es, wenn es nur ein Pricing gäbe (Preis pro Kanal) und dies beliebig hochskaliert werden kann. Die verschiedenen Pakete verwirren teilweise nur.

Flexibel und zuverlässig mit kleinen Hürden bei der Einrichtung

eine Erfahrung mit SIP Trunk Flexx ist insgesamt positiv. Es bietet eine gute Mischung aus Flexibilität, Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Die Einrichtung war zwar etwas komplex, aber nach der Implementierung läuft alles stabil und die Sprachqualität ist hervorragend. Für moderne Kommunikationsanforderungen ist es eine solide Lösung.

Pros

SIP Trunk Flexx finde ich gut, weil es flexibel, kosteneffizient und super einfach skalierbar ist. Außerdem passt es zu bestehenden Systemen und bietet Top-Sprachqualität – genau das, was man für moderne Kommunikation braucht!

Cons

Manchmal können die Einrichtung und Integration mit älteren Systemen etwas kompliziert sein. Außerdem hängt die Qualität stark von der Internetverbindung ab, und zusätzliche Kosten für Support oder Upgrades könnten anfallen.

Beantragt, Zugänge erhalten, alles im Telefonsystem eintragen lassen... läuft

Pros

Er läuft an jedem Telefonsystem ohne Probleme und hat sehr viele Backup Möglichkeiten bei Ausfällen von Telefonsystemen.

gibt keinen Nachteil... wirklich... habe keinen gefunden...

Wir nutzen das Produkt um Microsoft Team mit Telefonie zu integrieren und es funktioniert super.

Gute Sprachqualität, leichte Integration

Cons

Es gibt hier ehrlich gesagt keine negativen Aspekte. Das Produkt funktioniert einfach.
