THOUGHTS ON JUSTCALL
I worked as the front desk receptionist for an oncologist. I spent a lot of time scheduling and rescheduling our patients, which was crucial for treatment appointments and tests. The appointment management aspect of the program was highly successful!
Pros
Simple setup and an easy-to-use UI are two things that users like about JustCall. It's a pretty basic program.
Cons
Occasionally dropped calls or poor quality. It's not frequent, but sometimes happens

At HIE, we’ve recently integrated Justcall to automate our SMS flows, and the experience has been nothing short of transformative. It’s like scrolling through an endless sea of texts! A more streamlined search feature would make a world of difference for us.

Not for a fit for new, small, or start up businesses
They gave the impression that they worked with all size of businesses, but after our experience, they don't support small startup businesses. I think the cost of the service is too high for a company that isn't already bringing in at least 7 figures a year. I just wish they would have told us first that they only really desired to work with medium to small size businesses.
Pros
The ability to do CRM like actions within the system and do SMS messaging. Itlooked like it an application that would provide what needed currently, as well as the type of features that we wanted to grow into.
Cons
My business partner and did three video calls with Just call to discuss and review the application, see if it would work our needs and learn how to use it. We must have spent in total a bit more than a half of a day's work so that we could review that the application would solve our problems and learn how to use it to do so. Well, not long into our trial, they sent us this message: We are writing to inform you that your JustCall account has been permanently closed. Our systems has detected usage linked to your JustCall account that violates our Terms and Conditions. As a result, your JustCall account has been closed, and you will not have any access to our services. Please note that this decision is final.
If you believe this action was taken in error, you may contact us at [email protected] to reconsider our action.
Well,it was a pretty nasty message of itself, but we figured we would give justcall a chance to explain themselves and fix it. I explained to them that I was in the process of transitioning from one business service to a similar one, had reserved my domain name but the new web site is currently in development. We need a phone number to put on our new website for our new business before we can plop the web site down on the domain. I explained that to them, but apparently that wasn't good enough, and they told us to move on.

Efficient text messages company!
My overall experience for over a year has been good! I like JustCall a lot and I plant to continue to use it!! my business has been affected in a positive way thanks to JustCall! We have seen good results and financially has been affordable for us!
Pros
I like how convinient it is for me to reach out to candidates! I dont need to have a yearly plan just a monthly cost and I get charged for the text messages I use. Most of the texting companies offer yearly plans but according to my business I wouldnt need to text candidates all year around.
Cons
I would say, customer service should improve.

Convenience and Ease-of-Use
It's so much better than the previous competitor product that I used in my past 2 roles. JustCall is better in user interface, ease of use, and accessibility.
Pros
Very convenient, easy to use, and has applications for mobile and desktop as well as web
Cons
The dialer keeps refreshing once in a while. While at work, it's a bit annoying
