As a therapist in solo private practice Google Voice provides the option not only for phone calls but also text and sms, should I wish to utilize those options in my practice, for a low monthly fee. I've not experienced any bugs and issues in over a year of utilizing it so I've not needed to contact their customer support, but I am sure customer support is as high quality as the product\! While there is a little bit of a learning curve moving from using a traditional phone to Google Voice it is very intuitive.
