Lodgify - because life's too short
Great experience. Very quick and helpful support.
Pros
Very easy to setup and get started. Compared to hosting your own website and administering the software. Lodgify is a great time and effort saver. I really don't know how I managed before!
Cons
Reports are very limited.
The price for the premium version is too high

Great Software
Overall, its reduced time, reduced redundant and complicated tasks and puts everything within view. Having the ability to edit multiple or all listings in a single window is a game changer when you make organizational or procedural/pricing changes as a business owner.
Pros
I have been a Lodgify customer for years, onboarding was great, connectivity to OTA's takes some waiting (some are immediate), but once everything is connected, its smooth sailing, easy to navigate and use, and packed with features.
Stripe payment account creation was perfect for us. Helped us get organized and financials can be easily exported for YTD and Year End reporting, etc.
The few times I have needed support, the team has been responsive in an appropriate amount of time based on the issue at hand.
Overall, I am very satisfied with Lodgify.
Cons
The only constant in hospitality is change. I wish Lodgify would have a pivot or sleep function. We sold and closed our hospitality business in one city, and began construction of a new business and properties elsewhere. We still needed a website (pre-opening marketing, email marketing capture, announcements, blog posts etc). But we wouldn't be generating revenue for a decent amount of time.
The only other issue (this was a few years ago) was that Booking.com was sooo confusing to use and didn't sync properly or well at the time, which created several issues with financials and double bookings. We are looking forward to getting back to revenue to see if this has changed.

My experience with Lodgify
Pros
Provides both a website/content management for direct bookings as well as integrations with other platforms such as booking.com and airbnb all linked back to a central reservation system. Good value for what it does if you need all these features.
Cons
would like to be able to integrate with built-for-purpose website platforms such as weebly

Pleasantly Surprised
I've had a good experience so far. I have interacted with support multiple times and have been greated kindly, helped with every issue I've had and I've been pleasantly surprised.
Pros
The best part of Lodgify is the customer support. I've messaged support multiple times and had responses within 24 hours. I've had no reason yet to call support, so I can't speak on that. I'm a new user so the basics of what Lodgify can do is all I have needed so far.
Cons
I am unimpressed with the selections on the marketplace, specifically with integrations for connecting a system for security deposits. I just like multiple choices, and so far I'm seeing Charge Automation and maybe one other. Also there are limitations for SEO on my Lodgify website that I've become aware of.

Support worth the cost
Wonderful! Make my life easier!
Customer service representatives have all been very helpful and kind. Easy to get in touch.
Pros
Makes it super easy to keep track of the calendar. Everyone is very helpful and easy to get in touch with for help. Also helpful was scheduled call for website marketing set up.
Cons
Some things don’t transfer to all platforms..ie: cleaning fee into Booking.
Some glitches with Airbnb adding additional guests after initial booking and not adding charges.
