> **Pros**: PowerPlan gave our team many options to index our data into the software. It was very easy to create a bridge with Excel to configure our data into data that PowerPlan could understand and transfer it into the system. As a user the user manual was very easy to follow and the training was extremely concise. Our teams were able to be up and running in the system in a short amount of time. We had very little issues with the implementation as well as the transfer of our data from 4 different systems.

> **Cons**: We experienced some system slow downs when using the software and the PowerPlan consultants were not very helpful with issues we faced. Many issues we had to either help them resolve or resolve our self.

> Overall I had a pleasant experience with using PowerPlan. Our team found the software easy to use and easy to learn. Although we faced some minor issues with the consultants not being very knowledge of the software. we were able to push through and have a smooth transition.
