> **Cons**: Customization of the client portal needs to be more granular. Meaning I need to have all control over how long the appointment windows are for the customer and personally I would like more granular web hooks for individual features to add onto my personal webpage

> **Cons**: inventory and bookkeeping need improvement. expense receipt screenshots should be smarter, with ai recognizing whether they belong to expenses or cost of goods sold. warranty reimbursements also need better tools, such as issuing credits to customers and tracking vendor credits.

> **Pros**: The integrated labor guides page is quick and easy, but best thing is that when an item is not available, the request labor guide section at the bottom is quite accurate at pulling up correct procedures and labor times for the customer.

> **Cons**: The outside purchased parts added doesn’t have a feature that makes you receive the part before invoicing. So if a part is ordered for an invoice and it has not been added to accounting or lost, the invoice can still be processed leaving a discrepancy.
> 
> Overall I am happy with it and is easy to use. I wish there was a more robust accounting system, but for $50 per month that’s great.
