Simple & hassle free way to redeem your gift voucher
I have had many opportunities to redeem my points from Xoxoday and the experience has always been positive. Would definitely recommend it.
Pros
The UI is very easy to use. The marketplace has a lot of gift options to redeem and the customer team is extremely responsive and prompt in resolving the queries.
Cons
Sometimes it takes a while to get the codes but apart from that, there has been no problem.

Brightens my days
Smooth and hassle free
Pros
I came across this system as I started receiving rewards from a survey site. The whole was so smooth, from redeeming the reward to reward cash deposited into my digital wallet. You just redeem and forget and let the software do the needful in the given time frame. Twice, there was some glitch in my digital wallet and my redeemed points were duly reverted back to the survey site and my points balance on it was automatically updated. It's smooth and hassle free.
Cons
I can't think of any as I am the end user.

Good way to show employee appreciation
It has been a very pleasant experience with XOXO. There sales rep is very helpful and employees are also very satisfied with all the options available for using the gift cards.

Pros
I've really only used Xoxoday once. to claim my reward at Lowes. Once Customer support helped me out, I was able to successfully redeem my points. However, I'm not terribly IT savvy and the app wasn't very intuitive (at least my experience).
Cons
The flip side of above. Also, it seemed that the support team was reluctant to have a face to face discussion. Everything was electronic. It was very frustrating to not have a human being to whom I could describe my problem.

I used the Global Rewards Marketplace product the most and really liked everything that it offers. There are tons of options for you to choose from. Customer service experience has also been great!

A seamless employee reward platform.
I am using the platform to award my team. I was able to award USD10 worth of gift card to my team membes and they choose to purchase vouchers that they like. They have alot of options to choose from Lazada, Starbucks, Grab, Mastercard and many more. I used it once to test it out but I am hoping to continue using it if the currency conversion matter is fixed.
Pros
It is easy to deploy employee rewards in terms of vouchers as we don't need to choose what voucher to award but giving them the freedom to choose what they want to do with value.
Cons
The conversion rate happens four times within the system. We will need to top up our wallet hence the currency is converted from our local currency to INR then converted back to the currency we chose in the system (USD/ EUR / etc). Once we have awarded the reward, the awardee receives in the currency that we set and use it in the currency of the country he/she resides. For an example, we top up the e-wallet in Malaysian Ringgit, the platform uses INR to process the payment. We set USD as our plarform currency as we are a global company. When we award a USD10 voucher to an awardee, he/she will redeem it in their local currency, let say Malaysian Ringgit.
Multiple currency exchanges impact the value to drop significantly. Only if this is fixed, the platform is an awesome platform to be used for awarding team members and employees companywide.

Great service idea but a terrible customer service
Not great, poor customer service and sloppiness with financial obligations towards customer canceled any positive product features.
Pros
The platform provides an easy way to send rewards to customers and partner networks. It also offers large automation and integration capabilities.
Cons
The customer service is terrible, and if you are maintaining high standards in your bookkeeping, I wouldn't recommend using the service. It took 3-5 tries to issue a proper invoice in euros coming from a European office of the company (vs an invoice in Rupees from an Indian company). The account manager guided me through the process of paying for a cash deposit to refill the XOXO balance via a third-party platform. Once the payment has been through and the balance replenished, it took ages to get proper invoices for the operation. And to my surprise, only a part of a transaction has been invoiced. The third-party payment tool (Payoneer) commission has not been invoiced, although before making a financial transaction I specified that I need a proper invoice for this operation. The XOXO account manager just sent me to the Payoneer customer service (where I cannot get any proper reply) and stopped answering my emails. Now because of XOXO's negligence, we're facing problems with the financial audit. So I wouldn't recommend that any business that wants to keep their financials in order uses the platform.

Xoxoday Plum - buying made simple
Pros
The entire process is simple, and easy to understand. The voucher catalog is also right there, making it easier to search for details about the brands. The instant vouchers are usually generated and sent to the email address very quickly.
Cons
Sometimes, the platform takes longer to load. It has also generated the same order twice at one occasion. But these issues are not recurring.

ITS REALLY GOOD
Pros
I like the ease of sending/customising vouchers and campaigns as per my team's or org's need.
And moreover the reporting is very intuitive, however would need some additions though.
Cons
Gamification is a little poor, and we always have to click download pictures the moment we get xoxo mails to our outlook, so that integration can be improved.

Highly suggested for International rewards and gift management
Pros
We primarily use it for rewarding customer advocates in 30+ different countries. The best part of Xoxo Plum is that the end user can receive the gift card for any of the services listed in his country. This will eliminate the regional currency problem that companies face while running a high scale reward program
Cons
Customisation options are decent enough but needs improvement. Reply-to email should be customized by the end-user.
