It offers great functionality,reservations, contracts, fleet management, customer data, and automation all work seamlessly once everything is properly configured. I really appreciate how flexible and capable the system is. > > **Cons**: The integration process could have been handled more professionally. Despite paying for integration, I was expected to take responsibility for connecting the system with our Framer website, even though their team didn’t seem fully familiar with how Framer works. It felt like the responsibility was being shifted back to me as the website developer. Communication was also somewhat confusing at times. Different team members contacted me directly, and in some cases even reached out to our client using technical jargon that the client couldn’t understand. For me, the ideal improvement would be to assign one dedicated project manager who oversees the full integration process and communicates with both the client and the developer clearly and professionally. > > The system itself is excellent. robust, well-designed, and truly comprehensive. Once set up, it runs smoothly and does exactly what it promises.
