The app is simple and when you get done you send it to the cloud and then finish on your pc. > > **Cons**: I really can't say there are any cons at this time. > > When you use ISN it simplifies the process even more. You complete the report send it to ISN and you are done. ISN will send the report however you have configured it. We have gotten the time down to about 20 minutes to complete the report on our pc and send it out. ----- ### "It could be improved. Also the camera is clunky. I also dont like that if I go from looking at pictures back to comments, it takes you to where jumped off, so often I think I am inputting a note in the section a moved a picture to only to realize it was in a different section. > > I've used several and this is one of them. Three years ago the camera was stable. Now it has many glitches. It has improved recently but there are numerous occasions where I have to take the picture 3/4 times to get a good photo. The app is very glitchy at times. It’s very frustrating when a new version is automatically updated and there are major issues. Capturing the house conditions on site on HIP needs to be seamless 100% of the time. > > 50% of the time I’ve called in for support my concerns have been completely dismissed and blame has been placed on network, computer it iOS updates. It’s very dismissive without any probing are attempted troubleshooting. It’s getting harder and harder to get answers so now I avoid calling and just live with the issues.
