Keeping track of payments, charges, or patient balance is very hectic. Database wise its also not up to par, you cant see any historical data within the software. every thing needs a report to be extracted. if you want to see charges between two dates, you need a report, if you want to see payment between two dates you need a report, if you want to see patient visits between two dates you need a report. > > Not great.
