The amount of clicks needed to checkout an appointment is ridiculous , it takes so much longer, they dont give you a dollar amount up front for the upcoming week, you have to dig deep to get it. I won't get my money deposited until almost noon the next day\! And I cant see the amount being deposited once its in process. My clients are connstantly textimg me because something isn't working when trying to book online. It lets people book outside my hours when cleanup time is added to an appointment. It leaves you to make key decisions on features if you want them. You are not forced into having features you won't utilize. I have been using Vagaro since 2016 and will continue to do so.
