Our move was prompted by poor customer support on the part of our prior EMR. The Hello Health staff made our transition as painless as possibly, with on site training for both providers and front desk staff, as well as easy and fast access by phone for trouble shooting after the initial onboarding was complete. Over the years we found the Hello Health staff to be very responsive and always willing to help us to customize the platform to conform with our particular practice needs.
