The recent addition tracking performance metrics is also a very welcome feature. > > **Cons**: The lead time needed to set up a new event admin with sales forms, floor plans etc. It would be helpful to have more control over certain seemingly-simple items in the setup without needing a service ticket, such as switching off the "bill me" option for payments in our admin and rewording/removing header text on some pages in the ERC setup. > > There are reasons Map Your Show has been so successful, and it's not just the quality of the product.
