It's a very user-friendly platform and their customer service team is amazing. If ever we have a question, the Auctria support team is fast, accurate, and very friendly. Auctria allows us to manage all of our event-related needs for our annual gala - from website to ticketing to auction procurement - in one place, which makes our lives much easier. > > **Cons**: I wish that Auctria connected to Salesforce NPSP\! The only downside to Auctria is that we have to do a lot of manual importing into Salesforce to capture donor activities from our event. > > Auctria is great\! We have been with them for years and have always had an easy time using the platform, and also Auctria has served us well through all of the changes our gala has gone through.
