When things don't work and it's because they're having issues, you won't know until you call in. They don't bother informing their customers. We've been with them for over 10 years and while they offer new products or services, when you have an issue, they're very slow to respond or take responsibility. > > We like the software. We use all of the products AW offers. We just don't like their customer service. Good luck getting ahold of your payroll analyst or their direct report. The way they handled the transition to the new software was atrocious. The new software is still not very good. Not worth the stress they caused by changing everything at the last minute, right before the end of the year. No training on the new software, just "here is the link and good luck". > > Terrible.
