For example, products could not be imported by simply using MPN (manufacturer part numbers). Or every customer needlessly requiring an email address as a key field. The application is extremely complex yet shockingly deficient in many areas. > > In time we may have been able to make this complicated program work for our business, but it required several 'customizations" that were paid for up-front and ultimately never implemented because we terminated the launch after months of frustration. In addition, they set up the company to license all users and channels in advance of the launch, so they can bill for all users during the configuration phase instead of just the single admin user.
