- **Pricing Details**: AllRounds is priced per user. A 30-day free trial includes everything, with no card needed to start.

Starter: £12 per user a month, or £120 a year (2 months free), plus VAT. It includes scheduling, the Today run list on a phone, the day planner and map, automatic invoicing, card payments, quotes customers accept online, email reminders, free texts from your own phone, reports and customer import. Customers, jobs and imports are unlimited, with no extra charge for the number of customers on your round.

Founder pricing: the first 100 businesses to subscribe before 31 January 2027 pay £10 per user a month or £100 a year, plus VAT. They keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed. Founder places also include the customer portal and route optimisation.

A Pro plan with Direct Debit and automatic texts is coming soon.
