# Digisped

> Digisped is transport management software for small and mid-sized freight forwarding and road transport companies in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland. It follows a load from start to finish in one system that the whole team shares in the browser.

1. Order in: a customer's transport order is entered as a job, or forwarded by email and read by AI into a draft job.
2. Carrier booked: the job becomes a carrier order PDF in one click. The carrier confirms loading and unloading times through a link.
3. Delivery proof: the driver photographs the signed CMR with a phone, without an app. AI checks the photo for signature, stamp and date.
4. Invoicing: the sales invoice is built from the job with the fuel surcharge (BAF) and the CMR attached, in the customer's language. Carrier invoices sent by email are read by AI and matched to the carrier order.
5. Payment: bank statements are imported, overdue invoices appear in the debtor list and reminders go out automatically.

Along the way Digisped checks company details and tax debts in the Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian registers, validates EU VAT numbers (VIES), checks carrier insurance certificates and offers a partial load (LDM) price calculator. Accounting data can be sent to Merit Aktiva, and Polish e-invoices to KSeF. All AI results are drafts until a user confirms them.

The interface works in English, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Polish and Russian. Price: 35 EUR per user per month, 30-day free trial.
