> Parsevix is a cloud service that reads business documents and turns them into structured data. It suits finance and operations teams that still copy values from invoices, receipts, delivery notes or bank statements by hand, and software teams that need document data inside their own product.

How it works: you choose what to capture, either with a ready-made category such as Invoice, Receipt or Purchase Order, or with your own list of fields. Parsevix then reads each page of the PDF, Word file, scan or photo, finds those values, including tables of line items, and returns them as JSON. Mixed batches are sorted into the right category automatically. If you prefer not to define fields, Parsevix can capture every labelled value on the page instead.

Getting documents in and data out: upload files in the web dashboard, forward emails to a project's own inbox address, or connect your software through the REST API. Extracted data can be downloaded, sent to your systems by webhook, or passed to thousands of apps through Parsevix's Zapier integration.

Data protection: personal details such as names, addresses and bank account numbers are masked before the AI extraction step, and customer documents are not used to train AI models. Parsevix has an EU representative under the GDPR and offers a data processing agreement.

Plans: a free plan with 20 credits a month (one credit is one page), and paid plans from $39 a month with more volume, projects and integrations, priority processing and support. No setup fee and no long-term contract.
