Recruitment \& On boarding: This features as it says, is a good solution that avoids the tedious process of re-filling resources data once again to under employee DB. 3.Payroll Management: As per the tax rules, salary slab and leaves the generated data are in par with the end user company's needs except for the TDS management. > > **Cons**: 1.Employee Database: The linked features to maintain an employee information is not available uniformly under one menu. They are scattered across multiple menu's thus causing high chances of missing to update the details. 2. Workflow: Default workflow templates are not available. 3. Employee Tracking: This tool becomes inactive after few minutes if the app is not frequently visited and refreshed. Thus it stops tracking the hours of effort once it becomes inactive. Sole purpose of the tool is not achieved and hence not useful. 4. Reports: These are not configurable as per end customer needs.
