> Promic Speech AI is meeting transcription and minutes software installed on a Windows workstation. All speech recognition, speaker separation, summaries and the meeting archive run locally on the workstation's Nvidia graphics card, so recordings and transcripts are not sent to a cloud service or to the developer. Speakers are identified by voice and can be corrected and remembered. Local language models draft minutes in several styles, and the reviewed document is exported to Word.

With fact analysis enabled, the app follows decisions, disagreements and commitments across meetings, and a chat answers questions about past meetings with references to the source. It is used by public bodies, legislative chambers, courts, legal teams and companies that need formal minutes and must keep meeting content in their own infrastructure. Professional is licensed per workstation with a free 15-day trial; Enterprise and Government editions are offered by proposal. Requires 64-bit Windows and an Nvidia graphics card with at least 8 gigabytes of video memory.
