When a job is finished you seal it: the complaint, the diagnosis, every labor line and part, the vehicle and the technician are frozen together, so any change afterwards shows. That record protects the shop in a warranty claim or a dispute.

Parts and purchase orders, the time clock, the books, pay records and printed checks are built in, with reports for the owner. It runs in the browser and on Android and iPhone.

Support is by email, phone and a live person around the clock, with a knowledge base and FAQs, and live online training.
