> TurnMyRental suits a host with one to twenty-five short-term rentals who already has a cleaner and wants to stop passing every booking along by hand. After the host pastes a calendar link from a listing, TurnMyRental notices each new booking, works out when the cleaner can get in, and sends the cleaner a short text asking YES or NO. If the answer is no, or no answer comes, the next cleaner on the list is asked. The cleaner needs nothing but a phone that receives texts.
