# Test Center App

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/777702/Test-Center-App

> Test Center App helps dealerships, brands and event organisers run vehicle test drives without paperwork, for cars, motorbikes and trucks. Teams use it for open days, product launches, demo tours and shows, as well as for everyday test drives at the dealership. Setting up an event takes a few minutes: pick the dates, time slots and vehicles. Prospects then book their own slot and vehicle on a public booking page. When drivers arrive, staff at the welcome desk take a photo of the driving licence and collect the signature on the spot, and GDPR consents and waivers are stored digitally. During the day, several staff members share one live schedule with drag and drop, slot locking and key status tracking, and can add feedback after each drive. Every test drive then becomes a lead with model, status, feedback and contact details, ready to export to Excel or CSV for sales follow-up. Brands and importers can manage several dealer groups and dealerships from one multi-account dashboard, in any country and language. The service is used by dealerships in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
