# KAYA

> KAYA is for factories that need to know how many hours each machine really ran, for quotes, capacity planning, cost accounting or invoicing by the machine hour. It takes those hours from the tower light on each machine, seen through the cameras already installed.

KAYA needs no sensors, wiring or access to the PLC, so the machines are left as they are. It works on any machine whose tower light a camera can see.

Each hour links to the camera frames it came from, so you can look for yourself. Time when the light is amber and nobody is at the machine is listed separately, not as runtime. Periods without a usable frame are marked as no evidence rather than filled in.

Hours are shown per floor, day, shift and machine, and export to PDF or CSV. An optional ERP connection (Odoo today) adds work orders and end customers. KAYA covers Availability for OEE, with part counting as an add-on.

Setup is remote and takes about an hour. Customer data is stored in the EU, and the first 30 days are free.
