> BizEdge Missed-Call Text-Back is built for Australian tradespeople and small trade businesses (plumbers, electricians, builders, cleaners) who can't answer the phone while they're working. Missed calls divert to the business's own Australian BizEdge mobile number using three standard call-diversion codes, which work on Telstra, Optus, Vodafone and most brands on their networks. Within seconds the caller receives a text in the business's name asking for their name, suburb and what they need.

The owner gets one summary text and an email for every missed call. Caller replies are kept in a simple inbox, where the owner can text back from the BizEdge number and mark each conversation Ring back, Called, Won job or Not a job. Opt-outs (STOP, or "please stop texting") are honoured automatically, and owners set their own monthly spending cap. A free Test call button confirms the diversion works, and an in-app assistant helps with setup.

It is cloud-based and works with any iPhone or Android mobile; there is nothing to install. Pricing is A$39, A$49 or A$69 a month + GST for 50, 100 or 200 missed calls, month to month. The first text-back is free. Support is by email, phone, the in-app assistant and help guides.
