# Fissami

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/777297/Fissami

> Fissami is an appointment booking management tool designed for independent hairdressers and beauticians, primarily serving small beauty and personal care businesses in Italy. Developed in collaboration with CLAAI Salerno, it supports over 700 registered professionals across the province.

The software is web-based and requires no app installation for clients or professionals. Clients access a personal booking page via a public link or QR code, with no registration or download needed on their end.

Core features include a public booking link and QR code for client appointment requests, manual approval of each request by the professional, and automatic reminders sent via WhatsApp or email to reduce no-shows. Optional integration with existing scheduling tools is also available. No marketplace listing is created — the booking link leads exclusively to the professional's own page, keeping client relationships private.

No commission fees are charged. The first three months are free with no credit card required.

Support options are not specified, but professionals can get started through the platform's onboarding process. Fissami suits independent operators who want full control over their schedule without automatic confirmations or third-party marketplace exposure.
