> Maintainful is a CMMS that replaces paper work orders, spreadsheet PM schedules and group-chat requests with one shared system in the browser. It can be set up in an afternoon: import locations, assets, inventory and users from CSV, print QR labels and invite the team. Operators scan a label to report a problem, and Requesters never need a paid seat. Supervisors assign work and see each technician's load by day, week or month. Technicians follow checklists with required steps and record the time and parts they used. Preventive maintenance (PPM) plans create work orders by calendar or meter reading, whichever comes first. Managers get maintenance KPIs, failure codes with top causes, an audit log and CSV and PDF export. Free plan for two team seats; paid plans are priced per team seat. The app and its database are hosted in Germany.

Maintainful also includes an AI assistant that works from one typed or spoken sentence: it answers questions such as which work orders are overdue, and drafts new work orders or changes to existing ones. Every change is shown for confirmation before anything is saved.
