Who it is for:
- Venues, bars and restaurants run recurring ticketed nights, sell to walk-ins at the box office and attach vouchers to tickets - a meal, a free sample, merchandise - redeemed once by scan, with what is owed to a vendor counted automatically.
- Local races and sports events collect waivers (with parent or guardian signing for minors), assign bib numbers, time waves and publish live results.
- Clubs and community groups offer member pricing, staff volunteer shifts, and run fundraisers, prize draws and sign-up lists.

Selling and registration:

Each event gets its own website built from themes and blocks: schedule, lineup, map, weather, FAQ, tickets, guest book and more. Invitations, updates and scheduled reminders by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and an event inbox for guest questions. Polls and quizzes, sign-up lists, prize draws and live party games keep guests engaged.

Running the event:
Budget with planned versus actual and payments, profit and loss, tasks and appointments, a run-of-show timeline, an event map, rentals, travel and accommodations for guests and speakers, notes and files. Reports turn guest answers into plans: meal counts, rooms needed per night, airport pickups.
