> BuildInterview is a cloud-based technical assessment platform for companies hiring AI and data talent. It starts with Forward-Deployed AI Engineers, from junior to staff level, and serves hiring teams worldwide.

Instead of puzzles or week-long take-home tasks, candidates take an Audition: a timed work sample built around a realistic client problem. They plan with AI switched off, build a working app in a cloud workspace with an AI assistant, catch planted mistakes made by the AI model inside their app, respond to a change from the client and write up their work for the client and for the next engineer.
