Invoices are created in the browser as compliant e-invoices in ZUGFeRD or XRechnung format (EN 16931), including a GiroCode QR code for fast bank transfers. It also covers quotes with digital signature, payment reminders, customer management, appointments and site measurements with photos. For estimates, 31,470 service items and AI-based item suggestions are available. Coretool was built by master carpenter Tim Tüchsen, who knows the paperwork from his own business. No installation, servers in Germany, GDPR compliant. Getting started is free (3 invoices per month, no credit card); the Solo plan costs €9 per month incl. VAT and can be cancelled monthly. The interface is in German.
