# MARMALADE

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/776699/MARMALADE

> MARMALADE is art gallery software that brings your inventory, collectors, sales, invoices and website together, so your team spends its time with art and collectors instead of spreadsheets.

It all starts with the artwork. One record holds its images, provenance, price, location, condition and history, and every other step builds on it. Share a curated selection with a collector through a private link and see which works they opened. Move each sale forward from first enquiry to paid invoice, with reminders that surface at the right moment. Run fairs and openings with invitations, RSVPs and newsletters, and issue compliant invoices, credit notes and accounting exports in a few clicks.

The Business plan adds a gallery website built and managed from MARMALADE. Start from one of 20 premium templates or create your own design, show your inventory live, and announce your next opening without leaving the software. When a work is sold, your site updates on its own.

Each collector has a full profile with purchases, conversations, interests and preferred channel. Commissions, reporting, API and webhooks are included.

Two plans, both with unlimited artworks and collectors: Gallery at €149 per month and Business at €289 per month, excl. VAT, or 20% less when billed annually. Available in English, French, Spanish and Italian, hosted in Europe, with a free 14-day trial and no card required.
