> Hazelchat gives a business website an AI agent that answers visitors' questions using only the content the business has approved: website pages, PDFs, Word documents, text files and written Q\&A. Owners test the agent in private and publish a reviewed version. Under each answer, visitors see the passages it was taken from, and product names, numbers, dates and links are checked against those passages first.

Questions the content can't answer get an honest reply with the business's contact option, and visitors can ask for the answer by email. When a visitor asks for a person, the owner can reply from Telegram. The agent points visitors to the business's next step, such as a booking, a purchase, a trial or an enquiry.

Setup takes a plugin for WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Wix, Joomla, Drupal, TYPO3 and other systems, or one script tag. A free plan includes 50 answers a month; paid plans start at €39 / $39 a month.
