# CueDuck

Canonical: https://www.softwareadvice.co.uk/software/776520/CueDuck

> CueDuck gives organisers of conferences, association meetings, festivals and other multi-room events a live programme they can publish to guests in minutes. Guests scan a QR code or enter a short code to open the event Board in a phone browser, with no app or sign-in. The same programme displays on a foyer TV. Organisers can build the timetable by dragging sessions across rooms and times, or import it from CSV or Excel. They can preview it on phone, tablet and screen before publishing QR posters. When a room closes or a session moves, the team edits the Board and every open phone and foyer screen updates within seconds. Notices can also be posted by stewards from a link. Guests can star sessions for a personal agenda and filter by topic. An offline guest still sees the last available version, clearly marked. The free plan supports one published Board, unlimited drafts and guests, three team seats, all layouts, QR posters and live updates. Pro adds branding, scheduled notices, open-count analytics and PDF attachments to sessions. Support and help guides are available online.
