> Cluinn is a Mac desktop application combining dictation and a live call assistant for individual professionals, including sales representatives, recruiters, consultants, engineers, and writers across industries such as sales, recruiting, consulting, and customer support.

The software runs as a macOS application with on-device transcription on Apple silicon Macs. AI features such as Live Assist and Smart Cards process text on servers, while transcripts and call data are stored locally on the user's Mac. An optional encrypted cloud backup is available.

Core features include Live Assist, which answers questions mid-call using everything said since the call started; Smart Cards, which surface unanswered questions and unconfirmed promises without prompting; and Debrief, which lists action items and key points automatically when a call ends. Coach tracks per-call goals and summarizes performance. Transcribe converts speech to text at the cursor in any Mac app, with filler-word cleanup and support for 35 languages. Speaker separation labels voices individually without storing names or voiceprints.

No bots join meetings. Cluinn auto-detects calls in Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Slack, Discord, and more. Support is available by email and through a knowledge base.
