> MyDesk Digital Visitor Badges is designed for reception and workplace teams that want to welcome guests with reusable badges connected to visitor registration.

Teams can pre-register guests, support self-service check-in and notify hosts. Depending on the model, a badge can display visitor details and a photo. The rectangular photo badge and smaller round badge provide different options for the reception workflow. Badge branding, displayed fields and any required controller are agreed during setup. Returned badges can be reused for later visitors.

The solution connects reception with the wider MyDesk workplace platform for desks, meeting rooms, catering and parking. MyDesk is hosted on Microsoft Azure and supports Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Teams and Outlook integrations. API access is available by arrangement.

MyDesk helps with onboarding through online and on-site training. Pricing is quoted for the required visitor management software, badge models, quantities and hardware. Purchase and rental options are scoped separately. A software trial can be arranged following a demo, without a credit card; hardware trial arrangements are agreed separately.
