A new patient finds the nutritionist's professional website, books a time slot online and gets WhatsApp and push reminders before the visit. Before the appointment the patient can fill in anamnesis forms and scored questionnaires.

During the consultation the nutritionist works in one screen: electronic patient record, lab tests, anthropometric assessment with skinfold protocols, bioimpedance and progress photos, and an energy plan with Harris-Benedict, Mifflin-St Jeor and FAO/WHO equations. AI transcribes the conversation and organizes the clinical notes, and it extracts data from lab test files.

The meal plan is built on a Brazilian food database (TBCA, TACO, IBGE and Tucunduva) with recipes, substitutions and real-time macros and micronutrients, then delivered as a branded PDF and in the patient app.

After the visit the patient keeps going in the app for iOS and Android: meal plan, food diary, habits, water intake, goals, materials and chat with the nutritionist. The nutritionist follows adherence, compares assessments over time and records payments and receipts in the finance area.

> **Pros**: Gosto de ter tudo centralizado em um só lugar ao invés de ter que usar vários sistemas e apps. 
A plataforma facilita a disponibilização de planos alimentares, prescrições, metas, receitas, substituições e outros materiais, tornando o acompanhamento mais organizado e profissional. 
Também gosto de poder  oferecer ao paciente um ambiente próprio para consultar suas orientações e acompanhar sua evolução, sem ter que ficar buscando informações soltas e informais pelo WhatsApp.
