I am not super tech savvy and it has really streamlined things for me. My customers can easily navigate my page and purchase what they need to. They are able to sign in to my classes and on the back end I have a paper trail of everything going on with my fitness business. It is user friendly and organized. I am still learning all of Studio Momo’s capabilities but everything I use it for now works perfectly. > > **Cons**: The only issue I’ve run into is that certain things my customers want to buy purchase they have to make separate transactions instead of being able to add multiple items to cart and checkout in one transaction. For example if they want to buy a shirt and a pack of classes it won’t let them add all that to the cart and checkout once- instead they have to add shirt - go through the checkout process and then add classes and repeat (for a total of two transactions on their payment method). That’s the only issue I’ve had but I’m sure that is easily changeable for other customers. > > The tool is very streamlined, user friendly and easy to figure out each step.
