From there, a church adds only the products it needs, each at one flat price for the whole church rather than per user: Groups (map-based group directory, waitlists, leader attendance), Events (RSVPs, sign-up sheets, room booking, paid registration), Retreat Builder, Sunday (serving rotations with blockout dates and swap requests, worship planning, check-in), Kids (secure check-in with printed labels and pickup codes), Care (meal trains and follow-ups), Giving (online giving through the church's own Stripe account, with year-end statements and no Churchory fee), Chat, Newsletters, Digital Bulletin, Documents, Voting (secret ballots with a quorum) and Open Floor (live Q\&A and polls for members' meetings). Churchory One bundles every product with the church's own branded app.

All products share one directory, so nobody is entered twice. Every plan includes a 45-day free trial with no card, and the Churchory team migrates data from Planning Center, Breeze, CCB, Tithe.ly, Realm, ChurchTrac or spreadsheets at no cost. Support comes directly from the husband-and-wife team in Georgia who build it.
