> ChatterLab turns a business's own website, PDFs and Q\&A into an AI chatbot that answers visitors in their own language, and from that content only. When the content does not cover a question, it says so instead of guessing.

The application runs in Frankfurt and the database and files are in the EU; the two steps that run in the United States, search vectors and e-mail, are named in the privacy notice. Agencies get their own domain, client management, monthly reports and a read-only dashboard per client, plus a REST API and an MCP server. Free plan; paid plans from 29 euro a month, per workspace and not per seat.
