> WDS by Human Capital Advancement Initiative (HCAI) is a workforce development system for operations-driven employers with 50 to 5,000 employees. It defines what each position needs before you fill it, then runs hiring, onboarding, training and career development against that definition on one employee record.

Each role gets a skills profile with the skills it needs, the level required and what mastery looks like. Hiring starts from approved seats on the org chart, and candidates are scored skill by skill with evidence. New hires start with an onboarding plan and role training already set, training is assigned from measured skills gaps, and career paths and succession are measured against the same profile.

All five modules are in every plan at one flat monthly price, with no per-seat fees. WDS is in early access.

- **Pricing Details**: WDS comes in three plans: Starter, Growth and Enterprise. Each is one flat monthly price plus a one-time implementation fee. All five modules are included in every plan (Org Chart and Headcount, Hiring and Requisitions, Onboarding, Training, Career Development). There are no per-seat, per-module or administrator fees, so your bill doesn't change as you hire.

The implementation fee covers setting up your branded environment, building your org chart, roles and skills profiles with you, and loading the material you already have.

Course development is optional and quoted separately by production hour. HCAI builds onboarding programs and role-based courses for your roles. Material you already own is loaded at no production cost.

Plans differ by scale and support, not capability. Pricing is confirmed on a 20-minute live demo.
