> SeatLayer gives theatres, arenas, promoters and ticketing platforms one live seat map for every sale. Venues draw their seating once in the Venue Designer, up to 200,000 seats with sections, tiers, tables, booths and standing areas, or start from 58 templates or a floor-plan image the AI turns into a chart. Each chart opens in 3D automatically, so buyers see the view from their seat before paying.

Organisers sell on their own website or a hosted event page, with payments going straight to their own account through 14 gateways such as Stripe, PayPal and Square. Buyers get QR and PDF tickets by email. The box office sells from the same map and prints on an 80 mm roll or A4, partners and presales get their own seat allocations, season tickets renew each year, and the SeatLayer app for iPhone scans tickets at the door even when the signal drops.

Ticketing platforms can instead embed the seat map in their own product with SDKs for web, iOS, Android, Flutter and React Native, keeping their own checkout.

Hosted ticketing costs $0.50 per ticket after the first 25. The seat map SDK includes 100 free sold seats a month, then 10 cents down to 5 cents per seat. There is no subscription.
