> Flete helps trucking businesses in Colombia keep their numbers straight, from an owner who drives their own truck to companies that run many trucks across several companies.

How it works: the driver records each expense during the trip from a phone. A photo of the receipt is enough, because AI reads the amount and the details, and the driver confirms them before saving. The expense then waits for approval from the owner, administrator or accountant, and Flete does not let anyone settle the trip or close the month while an expense is still waiting. That way a misread or mistyped amount is caught before the driver is paid.

What else it covers: trips with their freight and cargo manifest, driver advances with an up-to-date balance, the settlement sheet in PDF, customer balances, collections, overhead expenses, and profit per company and per vehicle, month by month and for the year. Reports download to Excel. For the DIAN, Flete issues electronic sales invoices, support documents and credit, debit and adjustment notes, and receives supplier e-invoices automatically at the company's own email address. It also shows the RADIAN events of each sales invoice.

Each person logs in with their own account and role, and the change history shows who changed what. Trucks owned outright and trucks held in partnership can be kept as separate companies in one account, and each partner sees only their own partnership. Pricing is per active vehicle per month, with DIAN document packages and RADIAN event packages sold separately; receiving supplier e-invoices is included. The app is in Spanish.
