What it does
- Resume parsing: PDF, Word, image and scanned CVs in 70 languages become structured JSON with contact details, work history, education, certifications, languages with CEFR levels, typed skills (hard, soft, software) and the candidate's photo.
- Job description parsing: a job ad becomes structured data and weighted hiring criteria, with must-haves flagged.
- Skills normalization: free-text skills are mapped to a skills taxonomy.
- Candidate matching: a fit score for a candidate against a job, with an explanation for each criterion that a recruiter can check.
- Candidate ranking: up to 10 candidates ordered for one job in a single call, each with a rationale.
