One subscription covers everyone who needs access  (staff, wardens, volunteers and congregation members etc.) so the cost does not change as the rota changes or the congregation grows. There are no per-user fees, no seat counts to manage and no add-ons to unlock: every feature is included in the single plan.
  
ChurchCloud is not charging yet. A small number of UK churches and Christian organisations are being invited to join as founding feedback partners, with free access during the feedback period in exchange for real use of the product and honest feedback. Standard pricing will be published at churchcloud.online/pricing when general availability begins.
