Through Aircall, we can make and receive calls from any device (computer, mobile phone, or physical desk phone) via an internet connection. Features such as call transfers, conferences, shared notes, and tags allow our teams to work more efficiently. It also provides us with real-time metrics, such as wait time, call duration, and agent performance, which help us optimize our operations.
Pros
Aircall simplifies business communications by integrating phone calls, text messages, and collaboration tools into a single, easy-to-use platform. It does not require expensive hardware or complicated setups. It provides useful metrics to improve team performance.

Awesome Product!
Had a great experience as we used to use another system before where we had to type in each number manually. Now it is much quicker with click to dial.
Pros
Its so easy to use! We use it regularly at our job role and the ability to click a button next to each phone number saves so much time! Particularly useful when using click to dial and VOIP dialling.
Cons
Sometimes it can take a while to load and that can slow you down. But on the whole its very quick!

Pros
It makes phone calls, but that's about it
Cons
Too buggy. Impossible to mute on phone. Restarts everytime I change a headset. Low quality of sound. Hard to navigate the dashboard

Easy replacement for a traditional phone system
Aircall is out first voip software and ital works great and is definitely an improvement over manual phones and smartphones where you need to manage contracts and numbers
Pros
It’s an easy system to implement. The users can just use the desktop app or their phone. It integrated easily into our existing workflow and allows easy management of call cascading and forwarding.
We were also easily able to integrate some api calls from our proprietary software to start and read calls.
Cons
We tried to use the provided transcript but they were just wrong and generally of bad quality. Very unfortunate, but we downloaded the audio and did our own transcript
