> Achyl is a practice management and clinical documentation tool for podiatrists (pédicures-podologues) in France, co-built with practitioners. During a visit, the podiatrist records the consultation with the patient's consent and dictates findings aloud. Achyl turns that into a consultation report, a letter to the referring physician, a patient sheet and an illustrated summary for the patient, and prepares the prescription. The practitioner reviews, corrects and signs each document; the analysis and the diagnosis stay with them.

Values from Medicapteurs, Microgate (OptoGait), Zebris and mDurance PDF exports are read by the software and reported as they are. What was not examined is written as not assessed.

Achyl also replaces separate practice tools: patient records and orthotics follow-up, calendar with online booking and reminders, electronically signed prescriptions and invoices, quotes signed online by the patient, a sterilization log, shared patient records with a collaborator, and an AI assistant that answers clinical questions with cited sources.

Health data is hosted in France with HDS-certified providers. Patient names are pseudonymized before AI drafting and data is never used to train models. Achyl is a web application for computer and tablet, with a 30-day free trial.
