I don't have much positive to say. It does connect to GA4 relatively easily. > > **Cons**: Way overly complex and hard to use. Integrations with other software can be done, but it is super dated on how things connect and hard to set up. Jotform, for example, can be done in minutes and is easy to do, while FormAssembly, I have spent hours trying to connect to Mailchimp, and just gave up. Support couldn't figure it out either. If you have longer forms, forget about connecting things since you have to send every single field over. The style and design of forms are poor as well. I would suggest going to Jotform or Cognito Forms. > > Very poor. Nice but unhelpful support. Very dated and hard to use platform.
