About Buddy Punch
Buddy Punch is a cloud-based time clock solution suitable for businesses of all sizes. Key features include overtime calculating, GPS tracking, PTO accrual, timecard approval and job costing. It enables employees to clock in using different job codes and locations as needed. Employees can also be required to share GPS location or use an authorized IP address to clock in. The solution also has a webcam feature that can automatically take a picture of the person doing the punching as they click on the punch in or punch out button.
Managers can view and edit information on employees assigned to them and approve timecards and PTO requests. Users can set up rules where punches are automatically rounded up, down or to the nearest selected increment. Overtime can be calculated in multiple ways based on requirements. The solution also integrates with QuickBooks Online and Desktop.

Easy to use for staff!
We needed a new solution for timekeeping and Buddy Punch came through! Onboarding and integration was so easy. Once I figured out all the setting options, it's really easy to customize to exactly what you need. Employees love using it because it's so straight forward to use.
Pros
The system is user friendly and all my staff say its so easy to use. They love it! Which is a huge improvement from our last solution. I like that time off requests can also be handled within the same system.
Cons
There are a couple reports that I would like to see a bit more detail or formatted a little differently, but that's a wish not a need. It's very functional, just a couple things that could be nice to make it even more efficient.

Clock in ? Punch in !
During my 2 years of work i was using buddy punch to clock in and out of my job and get paid for my working hours , it's very accurate and fast
Pros
I have used buddy punch for 2 years in my job , it's simple to use and very accurate , and keeps it clean between me and the manager , when i make an edit he gets to see the edit and approve it.

Good app. More user friendly
It was a good experience, it does what it should, but comparing it to other systems I’ve used before it’s lacking some features.
Pros
I really liked that the app was very to the point, meaning you didn’t have to make many clicks to understand its features.
Cons
I believe it does need a tad bit more personalization items, making the app a tad bit more pleasant to the eye would be a plus.

Buddy Punch Delivers!
Overall experience has been great! Delivers as promised!
Pros
Very easy to use and setup new employees. Technical support resources are comprehensive and when more assistance is required a real person is readily available to assist.
Cons
More flexibility to customize and save report templates.

Buddy Punch Review
Excellent. Makes tracking hours and payroll a breeze
Pros
Integration with quick books, GPS tagging sign ins, ease of use, time tracking and job time tracking.
Cons
Would be nice if it had reminders to log in or out on shift times.
