We are trying to set up a computer based phone for our disabled employee but were treated like trash and with unfounded suspicion, not to mention illegally charging our card. I was unable to test the product, but was charged anyway. It promised a 7 day trial but I was charged IMMEDIATELY. The account was also suspended, then restored after making me jump through hoops, then suspended again.
